Introduction:

In XXI-XXII centuries traditional state forms will weaken under a pressure of an extraordinary freedom of movement and freedom of the information. Statehood XXI-XXII of centuries cannot remain the modern form of statehood.

The Grand Duchy of Pinsk - is state corporation which adapts for conditions of global change of the world order, is absolute monarchy and is under ruling and control of HRH the Great Duke of Pinsk.

Grand Duchy of Pinsk as the state is based for the decision of own projects in the field of the rights and freedom of the person,  protection and preservation of natural resources of our planet, human relations in a view of modern technological and ecological processes and as realizations of protection of a cultural and historical heritage of mankind. Unfortunately, attention to such projects and plans are in full or in partially ignored by the modern governments of many countries of the world and such projects practically are not possible for full or partial realization under jurisdiction of the legislation of these countries and management of the governments which carry out the control of legislative processes over these countries that leads to deterioration of human relations, downturn of a standard of ours life, reduction of freedom, infringement of fundamental laws of the person and finally threatens its existence, as individual that can lead to destruction of mankind on our Earth.

Some of ours program is created for achievement of the following purposes:

·       Creation of necessary conditions for all-round and harmonious development of the individual on the basis of priority respect of universal values, a life and health, the rights and freedom of the human being and wildlife conservation.

·       Creation of necessary conditions for satisfaction of needs of our citizens in cultural, moral, natural resources, economic and intellectual development.

·       Involving of citizens and the international organizations in active research activity, first of all in development of concepts of relations between people and transition to a new level of the state, interstate and interhuman relations. 

·       Granting of the help at the organization of educational, scientific and cultural-educational activity for our citizens.

·       Establishment of partner relations with scientific institutions for research, an exchange and use of practical experience of a survival of the person in modern conditions, and conditions of development of mankind in XXI century.

·       And also for construction with this purpose of city-state in neutral international waters of world ocean, by means of the received practical information and results of researches. We'll use to build this city the modern technological and ecological achievements in science for a safe ours natural resources. 

·      Attraction to construction of city at ocean of sponsors, building corporations and other interested persons.

·       Improvement of a communication system and information interchange between experts with a view of realization of creative and scientific potential in practical activities between the international organizations for structures supporting self-maintenance and a survival of the state-city at the open ocean in view of coming changes in world structure of life-support and interstate relations at a new level.

·       Release of the special educational and methodical literature, joint publications on corresponding problems, newspapers and others periodicals.

·       Realization of charitable and humanitarian activity in sphere of the newest relations between the countries and people. And in particular an opportunity of introduction in this activity of the states of new type located at world ocean.

 People have been moving nearer the ocean over the century. The Oceanside is now over crowded. We can take the plunge and actually live on the ocean in ocean cities numbering several thousand of inhabitants. The technical elements are already in existence: special concrete, solar, wind and wave energy, aquaculture, hydroponics agriculture, desalination, satellite telecommunications. Their development can be controlled to avoid polluting the oceans. These ocean cities will have different purposes: ocean science, producing food from the ocean, emergency help on surrounding area, advanced research and industrial technology. The ocean habitat will offer a higher quality of life. Traffic, water supplies and waste disposal will all be simplified. Using mass production, this form of urbanism will be more economically advantageous near coastlines where the price of land has become exorbitant.

We have a unique opportunity to organize and realize the important projects which are aimed at creation and development of advanced achievements in sphere of human relations, a state policy and a state system in the near future, and also aimed on construction of the state of new type at world ocean. For this purpose we wish to collect people of different nationalities and the creeds, wishing to put the knowledge and efforts in the field of construction of the state of the future on the ocean site. To such people, we suggest to become citizens of our state, and to take part in our projects and in particular in the most important project, construction of the state of new type which will be located at world ocean.
