Grand Duchy of Pinsk House of Representatives

Creation of the law is complex process. Laws influence our environment, economy, formation, our families, our health and actually each aspect of our daily life as now and for generations which will come after us. To do new laws or to change accepted, legislators should follow procedures written down in the Constitution. Each two years voters living in territory of Grand Duchy choose and send the representatives to represent in Grand Duchy interests of inhabitants of Mark in the House of Representatives.

The House of Representatives has following structure:

The Speaker of the House of Representatives. The Speaker - the Chairman chosen by members of the House of Representatives, holds each session, supports the appropriate order of session and votes on each question. Sometimes, leaves a tribune to join debate, appointing instead of itself for the period of other member responsible for the order.

The Expert. The lawyer who is a beside with the Speaker, providing with its skilled advice in all legal issues which arise during session, especially at procedure of the decision of questions and decisions.

The Gerald. This official strides before the Speaker to a tribune, before session every day, bearing standard the Houses of Representatives - a symbol of authority and power. When session interrupts within day, Gerald deletes standard from its special support and ceremoniously accompanies with the Speaker from chamber.

The Secretary of House. This Selected official responsible for daily operations of the House of Representatives. The Secretary of the House of Representatives, also convokes chamber to choose the Speaker each time when the next term comes, supervises a press of the House of Representatives, record and listing of all bills and register of the House of Representatives. Into duties of the Secretary of the House of Representatives enters managements of office on Public relations.

Assistants and Reporters Assistants. Some assistants who are appointed in the help to the Secretary of the House of Representatives for record of a soundtrack of bills, amendments, and also messages from the Senate which the House of Representatives considers. Representatives of Mark and the Senate. Assistants to Representatives of Mark and the Senate. Auxiliary members which are supported by both parties keeping their informed concerning process of passage of session. They also deliver messages, distribute documents and carry out assignments for members. Each party employs its own group Assistant.

The Press. In any day, different quantity of journalists can be present at sessions of chamber. The block of places is reserved for representatives of the certain news agencies and newspapers.

Members of the House. The Speaker - should be a member of the House of Representatives. In the House of Representatives the maximum of 12 state representatives, and on one representative from each Mark. Members of chamber are selected for two--years term and should be citizens of Grand Duchy of Pinsk not younger then 21 years, have a nobiliary title and perform legislative work within at least one year before general election.

Voting. For voting are available a spreadsheet with the instruction of names of members of chamber. Members vote from places, pressing green and red buttons. On a board the window with a corresponding inscription "consent" lights up and "is not present" ("yea" and "nay"). The Language of the House of Representatives. At any session, legislators speak correct language using thus noble terms.

For example: " Mr. Speaker "  or   " Madam Speaker."

In turn, Speaker answers directly to speaking with a word "gentleman" or "madam" "sir" or "lady" or names its or its title.
