INTRODUCTION

Dear collectors and visitors!

We are glad to welcome you on pages of " The Ducal Society of Collectors " and we hope, that the information given here will draw attention of those who is fond professionally or simply is interested in listed above themes of collecting.

We shall represent on our pages joint projects in above specified areas of the Bureau of Projects and the Treasury of Grand Duchy, which joint efforts and as with the help of members of a society make they hobby interest and serious side of their life.

In this the plan we very much consider to the aid our visitors, owners of sites on whom there are documentary clauses and a trustworthy information on corresponding our releases to themes. According to your desire we shall necessarily refer to your pages, the information whence has been submitted. We hope, that visiting of the collection unit of our site will give to you pleasure.

 Ducal Society of Collectors, Pinsk.

 On the basis of the Decree of Grand Duke  #01250501 from January, 25, 2005  the Ducal Society of Collectors of the Grand Duchy of Pinsk was founded. The society is based with the purpose of consolidating collectors of various directions, for refilling the collections by an exchange, reception of the necessary information, meetings on interests and etx. The society has received the ducal title from the ruling monarch of Grand Duke of Pinsk, Eugene I, on January, 25, 2005.

The meetings of new members of a society will be carried out by means of the Internet, however we shall find an opportunity for purchase of a building in which our museum will be located, exhibitions and meetings of members of a society, and also the international congresses of collectors will be carried out. In a building there will be all business life of a society. Here to services of members of a society the extensive library, art gallery, hotel for members of a society from other countries and members of the international congresses of collectors will be located. Among other services the society renders services of examination that collectors could check up subjects of their collections on authenticity, this service not a members of a society can use as well.

At the Ducal Society of Collectors issued the magazine " The Society of Collectors " which we hope will satisfy the highest standards and will get respect in the world of collectors. The society expects to issue and publish many books about collections and a collecting. We consider, that many of these books will take a worthy place on book shelves of collectors and libraries, will win prizes at the international exhibitions.

We invite people from all corners of the world which keen on a collecting, to become members of Society. The members of a society conducting active membership and societies constantly participating in a life for many years will be granted to a title and become full members of a society. They can use abbreviation DSC after the name is routinely used in a collection context. 

The society will represent Grand Duchy of Pinsk at the international exhibitions of collectors. Members of a society in the various countries can organize own local meetings. In other words: the society is created and exists for assistance and the help to collectors in studying and refilling of their collections, both in Grand Duchy  and in other countries.
