Making up and display of idea of good neighborhood, assistance to elimination available and to prevention of occurrence of the centers of density in various regions; Search and construction of system of the partner attitudes improving conditions of the international interaction in the field of preserving of a world heritage of mankind; Protection of the rights and interests of citizens Grand Duchy of Pinsk; Assistance to positive perception Grand Duchy of Pinsk and its cultures in foreign states by the mutual account of interests and democratization of the international attitudes.

We are excited with growth of separatism, and also lowering of a role of a sovereign state, as element of the international attitudes that creates threat of intervention in internal affairs of the states, distribution of the weapon of mass destruction, threat to an international peace and safety on the part of the international terrorism, an organized crime, and also illegal circulation of drugs and the weapon.

We shall do everything that Grand Duchy of Pinsk - has proved as the responsible partner in the international attitudes at a regional and foreign policy level of activity. We are interested in system of the international attitudes based on principles of equality and mutual respect of all nations of the world community. We join the decision on complete embargo of nuclear testing services and applications of the nuclear weapon and we call to join it all nations; the Security Council of the United Nations should call all countries to unit the efforts for achievement of the world only on the basis of precise observance of norms of international law and the Charter of the United Nations;

We shall participate in actions spent under aegis of the United Nations and other international organizations after liquidation of spontaneous accidents, extreme situations and rendering of the humanitarian help to requiring people; Simultaneously we consider, that any support in the territory of the activity which is having for an object the organization of acts of terrorism against citizens and interests of other countries, and also granting of a refuge to terrorists and that is very important so this termination of use of double standards which some countries till now use is inadmissible. It is necessary to understand at last, that it plays on a hand only to terrorists and a different sort to criminal elements. In this business we consider, that unshakable adherence to principles of the governments and leaders of the states will help to solve this problem and to approach our peoples to the light future of all mankind.

 We are ready to promote and involve investments for support of a historical heritage of the nations in particular the period of Middle Ages of Europe that will enable to keep for descendants base of origin of civilized attitudes between the states and creation of bases of cultural wealth of mankind. The beauty of art and architectural monuments, will undoubtedly bring in positive aspects on developing of a society of the future and civilized attitudes between the states.

In the field of human rights and international attitudes Grand Duchy of Pinsk recognizes respect of the rights and freedom of the person and will try to achieve respect of these rights and freedom on the basis of observance of norms of international law by all nations and developing of the international cooperation in the field of a humanitarian exchange. We shall protect rights and interests of citizens Grand Duchy of Pinsk abroad on the basis of international law and working bilateral agreements. With it we will be helped by making up abroad positive perception Grand Duchy of Pinsk.

Grand Duke according to the constitutional powers performs a management of foreign policy of the country and as the head of the state represents Grand Duchy of Pinsk in the international attitudes.
